Episode 6 with guest Breifne Earley

Can you imagine spending 16.5 months on a bicycle, pedaling 18,000 miles through 27 countries? Our latest guest cannot only imagine it, he's done it. In October 2010 Breifne Earley had reached the depths of failure, and decided to take his own life. Through a series of serendipitous events Breifne not only decided not to go through with suicide, he set a series of 10 life-altering challenges for himself to complete over the next 13 months. The success of completing these challenges spurred him to do something more, something bigger - he entered the World Cycle Race to spread the message "It's O.K. not to feel O.K." Join us to hear Breifne's story in his own words. BONUS: for the FIRST TIME EVER we live stream part of the podcast, taking questions from participants on Periscope and Meerkat.
